  • Soleil Saison - Belgian Farmhouse Ale - Highly-attenuated, 6.5% abv, hazy, straw-colored Belgian farmhouse ale. Fruity, spicy aromas and complex tropical fruit notes are the result of an extended warm fermentation time. Tart and crisp on the palate with a dry, slightly peppery finish.   23 IBUs - 6.5% abv

  • Levi’s Tripel - Strong Golden Abbey Ale - Light in color yet strong, this highly drinkable golden ale is driven by complex fruity esters, subtle floral notes in the aroma and flavor and a smooth, slightly sweet finish.    9.2% abv - 23 IBUs

  • Walter's White - Belgian White - Brewed with coriander and orange peel, its cloudy appearance is the result of a high percentage of wheat in the mash. Very refreshing with a slightly tart finish.    18 IBUs - 5.7% abv

  • Utepils Saison - Farmhouse Ale - Brewed with hibiscus flowers. Dry, refreshing, and floral. To be enjoyed outside in the sunshine!    6.3% abv - 18 IBUs

  • Midnight Fog - Quadrupel - Very dark and very strong with notes of chocolate, coffee, molasses, brown sugar, and a touch of bitter orange peel.    9.6% abv - 24 IBUs

  • Outlier - Belgian IPA - Hybrid Belgo-American ale aroma-hopped with Cascade, Amarillo, and Saaz.    6.5% abv - 35 IBUs

  • Legal Nelson - Belgian Golden Ale - Aroma-hopped with the rare New Zealand hop Nelson Sauvin. Notes of fresh-crushed grapes and passion-fruit.    7% abv - 25 IBUs

  • Crimson Fog - Quadrupel - Kettle-soured strong ale aged on Pinot Noir oak chips and Italian plums.    11% abv - 26 IBUs


  • Margherita - crushed tomato, fresh basil and mozzarella
  • Spinach Garlic - Fresh spinach, roasted garlic, mozzarella
  • Mushroom Pesto - Pine nuts, fresh basil, mushrooms, mozzarella, roasted garlic, romano, olive oil
